Shipping costs:
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders.
Canada: $5 CAD standard shipping, or free on orders over $40 CAD.
No duties, no customs fees. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to both the USA and Canada — we prepay all duties and import taxes, so the checkout price is all you pay.
Order processing time:
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak or promotional periods, but we strive to ship your order promptly.

Lost or damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly. If your package is lost in transit, contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.

We may cancel the order if the products are not shipped.
