About Aqua Gold Jewelry

Aqua Gold Jewelry is a small, family-run jewelry brand based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We started selling on Etsy in 2024 and launched our direct storefront at aquagoldjewellery.shop shortly after, so customers could browse our full range and check out without paying marketplace fees.

What We Sell

We focus on three categories of jewelry, each chosen for its longevity and everyday wearability:

• Moissanite stones — laboratory-grown crystals chosen for their fire and hardness (9.25 on the Mohs scale, second only to diamond). Comparable in brilliance to a diamond at a fraction of the cost.
• 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver alloy, the international standard for fine silver jewelry. Our pieces are stamped accordingly.
• Rhodium-plated finishes — applied to most silver pieces to add tarnish resistance and a brighter, whiter shine.

Each piece carries an internal SKU and, where applicable, a manufacturer's assurance of materials. We can provide additional documentation by request to support@aquagoldjewellery.shop.

How We Operate

Orders placed on either our website or our Etsy storefront are fulfilled from the same Hamilton, Ontario location. United States orders ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), so customers never pay extra at the door. Canadian orders are shipped via Canada Post, UPS Canada, or FedEx Canada depending on the destination.

We respond to all inquiries — sales questions, order updates, sizing help, returns — within one business day, Monday through Friday.

Returns & Authenticity

We offer a 14-day return window on all eligible items. Damaged or defective pieces may be reported within 7 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

We will never misrepresent the materials in our pieces. If you receive an item and have any doubt about its description, contact us and we will send you the supplier's material assurance for that piece, no questions asked.
