Refund & Return Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to love your Aqua Gold Jewelry piece. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method, or exchange for another item.

Return Window

Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

Please email us at support@aquagoldjewellery.shop before sending your return so we can issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and confirm the address. Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@aquagoldjewellery.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for return. We will respond within one business day with your RA number and full return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Process

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, let us know in your return request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item (subject to availability) at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom, personalized, or monogrammed items
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless defective
  • Items marked "final sale" in the product description
  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence at support@aquagoldjewellery.shop. We will arrange a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you, including return shipping when applicable.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it has shipped. Once the order is in transit, cancellations are not possible — but you may return it for a refund under this policy.
