1. Who is running this promotion

In these rules, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aqua Gold Jewelry Inc. We are called the “Sponsor”.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform, payment provider, or any other company.

2. This promotion runs every month, and how the monthly periods work

This is an ongoing promotion. It runs in monthly contest periods, and it continues until we end it. We can end it — see section 15 for exactly what we can and cannot do.

Each contest period is one calendar month, measured in Eastern Time (America/Toronto — the time in Ancaster, Ontario):

A contest period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on the first day of the month.
It ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the last day of the same month.

Eastern Time means Eastern Standard Time (UTC−5) in winter and Eastern Daylight Time (UTC−4) in summer. The clocks change on the second Sunday in March and the first Sunday in November, so the offset from your own time zone can shift by an hour on those dates. What does not shift is the rule: a period starts and ends at midnight local Ancaster time.

Our server clock decides which contest period your entry belongs to.

The first contest period begins on August 8, 2026.

Each contest period is separate. It has its own bracelet set and its own winning moment (section 8). Nothing carries over from one month to the next.

3. Who can enter

You may enter if all of the following are true:

You live in Canada or the United States (excluding Puerto Rico and all other US territories and possessions).
You have reached the age of majority in the province, territory or state where you live. That is 18 or 19 in Canada depending on the province or territory, and 18, 19 or 21 in the United States depending on the state.
You are entering on your own behalf, using an email address you control.

You may not enter if you are:

an officer, director, employee or contractor of Aqua Gold Jewelry Inc., or of any company involved in running this promotion; or
a member of the immediate family of, or living in the same household as, any of the people above. “Immediate family” means spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their spouses, regardless of where they live.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. If contests of this kind are prohibited or restricted where you live, you may not enter, and any entry you submit is not eligible.

4. No purchase necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or to win. Buying something does not improve your chances of winning, and you do not need to buy anything to receive or to keep any prize, including the bracelet set.

Entering is free. Internet access and a working email address are required, and any charges your internet or mobile provider makes for that are your own.

5. How to enter, and how often you can enter

Open the Spin to Win pop-up on aquagoldjewellery.shop.
Enter a valid email address you control.
Optionally, tick the marketing box — see section 6.
Complete the anti-bot check if you are asked to.
Select Spin.

Your result appears on screen straight away.

One entry per email address every 30 days

The limit is a rolling 30 days from the moment you last entered — not one entry per calendar month. If you enter at 2:00 p.m. on 30 August, you cannot enter again until 2:00 p.m. on 29 September.

Two consequences, stated plainly because they surprise people:

The limit does not reset when the month does. Entering near the end of a month does not give you a fresh entry on the 1st.
In a 31-day month you may occasionally be able to enter twice in the same contest period. If you enter on the 1st of a 31-day month, 30 days later is the 31st — still the same month. Both entries are valid, and both count in that month’s contest period.

Addresses we treat as the same address

When we check whether an address has already entered, we treat these as the same address:

the same address in different letter cases — You@Example.com and you@example.com;
googlemail.com and gmail.com addresses with the same mailbox name;
addresses with a +tag added, on email providers that support that feature — you+spin@gmail.com is the same address as you@gmail.com;
Gmail addresses that differ only by dots — y.o.u@gmail.com is the same address as you@gmail.com.

Disposable and throwaway email addresses are not accepted. If your address is on a list of known disposable-mail domains, your entry is refused.

Automated, scripted or bulk entries are not allowed. Entering, or trying to enter, more often than these rules allow by using multiple addresses, aliases, or any other method is a breach of these rules and we may disqualify you and cancel anything you have been issued.

6. The marketing box: optional, and what it actually gets you

Ticking the marketing box is optional. You can enter without it, and the promotion works the same way either way.

Ticking the box does not improve your chance of winning the bracelet set, and not ticking it does not reduce it. The bracelet is decided by the winning moment described in section 8, once per entry, before and independently of any spin. A second spin can only improve the discount you end up with. No spin can ever award the bracelet set.

If you tick the box and one of your two outcomes is “5 free spins”, you may choose it, and it opens the five-outcome round described in section 7.

7. What every entrant receives

Every eligible entry receives at least one of the six results below. We decide the result on our own servers using a cryptographically secure random draw. Nothing on your device decides it.

All dollar amounts are Canadian dollars. Where a minimum applies, it is measured on the order subtotal — the value of the items in your cart, before shipping and tax — and an order that meets the minimum exactly qualifies.

Five of the six results are discount codes. Only the bracelet set is a prize in the legal sense — it is the only thing you receive that has value on its own, without buying anything.

Five free spins

If your result is “5 free spins”, our server immediately draws five further results and records them. You are shown all five, and you choose one to keep. Only the one you choose is issued to you.

The five results are drawn only from the four discount tiers — 5% off, 10% off, $15 off and $30 off.

The five free spins cannot award the bracelet set, and cannot award another set of free spins. The bracelet set is awarded only in the way described in section 8.

If you close the page without choosing, you have not chosen, and no code is issued.

The reels are a display, not the draw

The spinning reel animation shows you a result our server has already decided. The reels do not decide anything.

Three matching symbols on the reels means, and only ever means, that you have won the bracelet set. Every other result shows a deliberately mixed row of symbols. Two matching symbols means nothing at all — it is not a near miss, it does not mean you almost won, and it does not change your chances of anything. It happens purely because the non-winning symbols are drawn at random.

8. The bracelet set: one per month, and how the winner is chosen

The prize

One (1) GoldTone Stainless Steel Bracelet Set (4-pc) per contest period. Approximate retail value: $34.99 CAD each.

A maximum of one bracelet set is awarded in any contest period. This is a hard cap. Once it is awarded in a given month, no further bracelet set can be won until the next month begins, whatever the reels show anyone.

Unawarded bracelet sets do not carry forward. If no bracelet set is awarded in a month, the following month still has exactly one — never two.

The bracelet set is shipped to the winner free of charge, anywhere we ship in Canada and the United States. No purchase of any kind is required to win it, to claim it, or to receive it. We will not ask you to place an order, pay shipping, pay a handling fee, or use a discount code to obtain it.

How the winner is chosen: a predetermined winning moment, redrawn every month

For each contest period, at or before the first entry of that month, we select one single moment at random from within that month, using a cryptographically secure random process. That moment is recorded and is never changed or re-selected for that month.

The first eligible entry that arrives at or after that moment wins that month’s bracelet set. No other entry can win it.

A new moment is drawn independently for every contest period. Last month’s moment tells you nothing about this month’s.

Odds of winning

There is no fixed chance of winning the bracelet set. Your chance depends entirely on how many other people enter in the same month as you, and when they enter. Broadly, if a total of N entries are received in a contest period, each entry’s chance of being that month’s winning entry is about 1 in N. We cannot tell you what N will be in any month, so we cannot state a fixed number, and any fixed number we published would be wrong at most levels of traffic.

Four consequences of this, stated plainly:

Someone may win on the first day of a month.
The chance is not the same for everybody, and not the same from month to month. A quiet month has better odds than a busy one.
If a month’s moment falls near the end of that month and no eligible entry arrives at or after it, no bracelet set is awarded that month at all. That is why these rules say “up to one”.
Entering in more than one month gives you a separate chance in each month you enter. It does not improve your chance in any single month.

Buying something does not change any of this. Ticking the marketing box does not change any of this.

9. Skill-testing question

Canadian law requires that a prize awarded in a promotion of this kind is not awarded by chance alone. Before the bracelet set can be awarded, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question, unaided.

How it works:

The question is generated on our server and takes the form (a × b) + c − d =.
You have two minutes to answer each question.
You get up to three attempts at each question.
You may be issued up to three questions in total.
You have a total of ten minutes from the moment you are told you have won to complete this. During those ten minutes the bracelet set is held for you.
Only a whole number is accepted as an answer. You must answer it yourself, without help from another person, and without a calculator or any other aid.

If you run out of attempts, run out of questions, run out of time, or leave the page without finishing, you forfeit the bracelet set. If that happens:

That month’s winning moment is released, and the bracelet set passes to the next eligible entry that arrives in the same contest period, who must then answer a skill-testing question in the same way. If the month ends before another eligible entry arrives, no bracelet set is awarded for that month.
You keep the discount you were drawn when you entered — including both outcomes to choose between, if you had earned a second spin. You do not walk away with nothing.
You have no further claim to the bracelet set.

10. Notification and claim

If you win the bracelet set, you are told on screen immediately, and you complete the skill-testing question there and then, as described in section 9. There is no separate notification step and no waiting period.

Once you have answered correctly, you are shown a claim reference. Keep it.

We will then contact you at the email address you entered to ask for a shipping name and address. You must reply with a complete shipping address within 14 days of the date we send that email. If you do not, or if your email address does not accept our message, or if the address you give us is one we cannot ship to, you forfeit the bracelet set and we may award it to another eligible entrant in the same contest period, or not award it at all.

11. Delivery of the bracelet set

We ship the bracelet set at our expense, by a carrier and service of our choosing, to an address in Canada or the United States.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date you give us a complete shipping address.
The bracelet set is awarded as-is. There is no cash alternative and the prize cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged.
If the bracelet set becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, we may substitute a product of equal or greater retail value.
You are responsible for any taxes payable on the prize where you live, and for any customs, duty or import charges.

12. Discount code terms

These terms apply to all five discount results, including a code you keep from a second spin or from the free-spins round.

Your code is unique to you. It can be used once, on one order, by one customer.
Your code has a fixed expiry date. That date is set when the code is created, not when you win it, and it is shown to you with the code. It does not run for a set number of days from the day you receive it.
Whenever you win, your code will be valid for at least 30 days from the date it is issued to you from the moment it is issued to you. We do not issue codes that have already expired.
It cannot be combined with any other discount code, offer, or automatic discount. Only one discount applies per order.
It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred.
It cannot be applied to an order you have already placed.
It applies to the items in your order. It does not reduce shipping charges or taxes.
It applies to one-time purchases only, not to subscription orders.
Where a minimum applies, it is measured on the order subtotal in Canadian dollars, before shipping and tax. An order that meets the minimum exactly qualifies.

If we cannot give you your code on screen, we will tell you so, and we will email it to the address you entered as soon as it is available. Your result still stands — we will never substitute a different or lesser result because a code was not ready. Write your code down when you see it; outside the case above, we may not be able to retrieve a code you have lost.

We may cancel a code that was obtained in breach of these rules, or that we reasonably believe was obtained by fraud, tampering or automated means.

13. Your privacy and the emails you will receive

To enter, you give us your email address. We also record the time of your entry, your entry result, and technical information such as your IP address, which we use to prevent fraud and duplicate entries. We need those things to run the promotion.

Marketing email is separate and optional. We only add you to our marketing list if you tick the box, and we record when you did. You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. Withdrawing consent does not affect a code you have already been issued, a prize you have already won, or your ability to enter again.

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these rules. Please read it. It explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and how to contact us about it.

We do not sell your email address.

14. Use of the winner’s name

If you win a bracelet set, we may publish your first name and your city and province or state, and the month you won — for example, “Sam from Hamilton, ON — March” — on our website, in email, or on social media, to show that the prize was genuinely awarded.

We will not publish your full name, your email address, your street address, or a photograph of you without asking you first.

If you would rather we did not publish anything at all, tell us when you claim the prize and we will not. Saying no does not affect your prize in any way.

15. Changing or ending this promotion

This promotion runs until we end it. We can end it, and we can change these rules. Here is exactly what that means, and what we are committing to.

Changes take effect at the start of a future contest period. If we change these rules, we will post the changed version on this page at least 7 days before the start of the contest period in which the change takes effect. We will not change the rules that apply to a contest period that has already begun.

The rules that apply to your entry are the rules in force at the moment you entered. A later change cannot be applied backwards to an entry already made.

We may suspend or end the promotion immediately, without notice, only if we have to — for example because of fraud, a technical failure that stops us running it fairly, or a cause outside our reasonable control. If we do, we will post that on this page.

However the promotion changes or ends, all of the following remain true:

A bracelet set that has already been won will still be awarded and shipped.
A discount code that has already been issued remains valid on its own terms.
If we end the promotion partway through a month, that month’s bracelet set may not be awarded — unless it has already been won by then, in which case it will be.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or not received by our servers for any reason, including network failure, browser problems, or spam filtering.
We are not responsible for any technical failure, error, or interruption in the promotion, or for any error in the display of a result, provided we award prizes in accordance with our own server records.
Our server record is the official record of what you won. If what appears on your screen disagrees with our server record, the server record governs. A screen, screenshot, or page you have modified awards nothing.
We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of entering, or out of receiving, using or being unable to use any code or prize, except where that liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these rules limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, and including your rights under consumer protection legislation that applies to you.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted, and you may have rights that these rules cannot take away.

17. General conditions

We may disqualify you if we reasonably believe you have breached these rules, tampered with the promotion or our website, entered by automated means, used multiple email addresses, or acted in a way that is unfair to other entrants. Disqualification cancels any code or prize.
If any part of these rules is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
If we do not enforce a rule immediately, that does not mean we have given it up.
These rules are the whole agreement between you and us about this promotion, and they override anything said about the promotion in an advertisement, email, or social media post. If any promotional copy conflicts with these rules, these rules govern.

18. Governing law

These rules, and any dispute connected with this promotion, are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If you live somewhere whose law gives you rights or a forum that these rules cannot lawfully take away, this section applies only as far as the law allows, and those rights are unaffected.

19. Who won: monthly winner lists

Because this promotion runs every month, there is a winner list for every month.

We publish the winner of each contest period on this page, within 30 days after that period ends. Each entry shows the month, the winner’s first name and city — or a note that no bracelet set was awarded that month.

You can also ask us in writing. To request the winner for a particular month, write to us within 12 months after the end of that month, and tell us which month you are asking about:
