How long does shipping take?
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders — delivery in 2–5 business days after processing.
Canada: $5 CAD standard shipping, or free on orders over $40 CAD — delivery in 2–5 business days after processing.
No duties, no customs fees. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we prepay all duties and import taxes on your behalf, so the price you see at checkout is all you pay. No surprise fees at the border.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. A confirmation email with tracking will be sent once your order ships. Custom or monogrammed items may require 4+ additional working days.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we process refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method. If you'd prefer an exchange instead, let us know in your return request and we'll ship the replacement (subject to availability) at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene), and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Is your moissanite real? What certifications do you have?
Yes. For pieces featuring moissanite, all stones are graded at VVS1 clarity; gemstone certificates are available on request.
Our moissanite jewelry is crafted from 925 Sterling Silver with gold, rhodium, or white-gold plating. To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, salt water, lotions and perfumes, and store it in an anti-tarnish pouch when not worn.
Will I be charged duties or tariffs?
Orders ship from Ontario, Canada via tracked shipping. No surprise duties or tariffs for USA buyers. All orders ship with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we prepay all applicable duties and import taxes so you pay nothing extra at delivery. Canadian orders are not subject to import duties.
