How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from our facility in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
United States: Free standard shipping on all orders — delivery in 2–5 business days after processing.
Canada: $5 CAD standard shipping, or free on orders over $40 CAD — delivery in 2–5 business days after processing.
No duties, no customs fees for USA orders. We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we prepay all duties and import taxes on your behalf, so the price you see at checkout is all you pay.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. A confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships. Custom or monogrammed items may require 4+ additional working days.

What is your return & exchange policy?
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items, earrings (for hygiene reasons unless defective), and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return.

Is your moissanite real? What certifications do you have?
Yes — our moissanite stones are laboratory-grown moissanite, graded at VVS1 clarity with a Mohs hardness of 9.25 (second only to diamond). Every order includes a gemstone certificate and supplier material assurance — shipped in the box with your piece. No request needed, no extra steps.
Our moissanite jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver (stamped accordingly) with rhodium, gold, or white-gold plating for tarnish resistance. See the Materials & Authenticity section above on this page for the per-product breakdown.
Care
To keep your piece looking its best, avoid prolonged exposure to water, chlorine, salt water, lotions, and perfumes. Store in an anti-tarnish pouch when not worn.
Will I be charged duties or tariffs?
Orders ship from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada via tracked shipping (UPS, FedEx, or USPS final-mile in the US; Canada Post / UPS Canada / FedEx Canada in Canada).
No surprise duties or tariffs for USA buyers. All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we prepay all applicable duties and import taxes so you pay nothing extra at delivery.
