Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days for standard delivery within the Canada and United States. Shipping costs vary based on the delivery location and order value.

For orders to the United States, standard shipping is free on all orders. All US orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — we prepay duties, import taxes, and customs fees on your behalf.

For orders within Canada, a shipping fee of $5.00 CAD applies to orders between $0.01 and $39.99 CAD. Orders of $40.00 CAD and above qualify for free standard delivery. All Canadian orders ship DDP — no surprise duty charges.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we ship only within the United States and Canada. We do not currently ship to other countries.

What happens if my payment is declined?

If your payment is declined or interrupted, your order will not be confirmed. Please ensure your billing details are accurate. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully completed.

What is your return window?

Customers in the Canada and the United States may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Who pays for return shipping?

If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, Aqua Gold Jewelry covers the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No, Aqua Gold Jewelry does not charge any restocking fees.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are always issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
